SUB : IMPORTANT POINTS FOR BOOKING CONSIGNMENT ON FREIGHT TO PAY BASIS.
- Vendor should intimate any of our approved transporter- M/s ARC / M/s TCI / M/s. DARCL /M/s ETO/ Western Carriers through e-mail / Letter by hand for vehicle as per attached Vehicle Requisition Form.
- Copy of the requisition form to be sent to the concerned Purchase Executive and Store Executive.
- In case of non-placement of required vehicle by the approved transporters within 48 hours (for Trucks) & 96 hrs. (for Trailers) of written intimation, this must be brought to the notice of the concerned Purchase Executive and Stores Executive as listed below for further instructions.
1) ASSOCIATED ROAD CARRIERS (ARC) - For Part Load upto 5.5 MT Only
2) TRANSPORT CORPORATION OF INDIA (TCI) - For Part Load upto 5.5 MT Only
3) DELHI ASSAM ROADWAYS CORPORATION LIMITED (DARCL) - For Part Load/Full Truck/Trailer/ODC
4) ECONOMIC TRANSPORT CORPORATION (ETO) - For Part Load/Full Truck/Trailer /ODC
5) WESTERN CARRIERS (WC) - For Full Truck/Trailers / ODC
